Common questions
How does Mindstake work?
Mindstake uses the Best-Worst Method to establish what matters most, then scores options against a rubric you define. The platform supports criteria weighting, rubric-based scoring, and optional AI-assisted drafting - producing transparent, defensible outcomes linked to source documents.
Who is Mindstake built for?
Organisations facing complex multi-stakeholder decisions. Our clients include iwi and Māori organisations, government agencies and councils, trusts, foundations, and NGOs. Any organisation that needs to show how and why a decision was made.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running within a few weeks. We work alongside you to define criteria, build your rubric, and run a pilot. After that, you run the platform on your own instance.
Is training provided?
Yes. The setup phase includes hands-on workshops and a supported pilot. The goal is capability transfer - if you can use SurveyMonkey, you can use Mindstake. Ongoing support is available as needed.
